You have a pretty model and a nice pose.

On the down side, the dress needs to be in better focus and the cropping of the lower legs looks awkward. I think it would have worked better if you either included the full body, or cropped somewhere around the waist and had her other hand moved up into frame.

I find the smile looks kind of forced and the lighting around the lips doesn't help either.

I think it would have more appeal to me if more than her face was in focus. The dress is obviously a big part of the subject but i can't make out any detail in it.

I wouldn't have appreciated the treatment here as much, I suspect, had it not been for the treatment of a similar portrait that I saw just before this. Duotone can be easily overdone from a contrast standpoint. Kudos for not going there. Lovely.
