Compositionally, I like the shot and think it has a balanced, stable feeling to it. The perspective of the building makes it have a surreal feeling to it, and that just kind of adds to the feeling of the shot, I think. To see a library that small, and you expect that it should be much larger, so it all seems a bit unreal. The only thing I would suggest is to move your model to the other side of the door frame. That would get her out of the almost exact center of the shot.

Technically, I like the colors, focus, and exposure. The sky is a bit "too much" and is almost too bright to feel real, but it is still pretty.

Overall, it is an interesting shot, and I suspect that it wasn't quite "streety" enough for most people.

Brilliant concept. I don't know whether the sky was this monochromatic when you shot it, but It feels a little bit artificial to me. If you desaturated it, you might want to try it with a bit more color. There are some artifacts around the dish that bother me a bit. A bit of the ole dodge and burn to boost the contrast of the sky and this would be a 9 or a 10 for me.
