I like you photo, but it is a bit on the "soft" side (out of focus) and your horizon is really crooked. It looks like a really nice place!

I feel as though something is lacking but I can't put my finger on it. Maybe the image looks a bit too flat? Anyway, the colors are just great and I like the composition.

This shot is a nice attempt to capture an environmental portrait of this worker. I'm not sure the lighting works well, it's quite flat and the levels of the picture are very flat -- boosting the contrast might have helped this picture pop. Also, I'd stay away from putting her eyes dead in the center of the pic, try cropping so they are 1/3 down from the top. Finally, be willing to show us more of her environment (is it a bakery?) so tell us more about where she works.

The colours and reflections are lovely, but the horizon is definitely tilted towards the left and the intruding bunch of leaves at the top left and the bit of golden foliage t the top right should have been cropped out, I think. These things distract us from what would otherwise be a beautiful image.
