I'm pretty sure this is Matt's. Love the colours - a stunning image. Will be top 10 for sure, but I think you are being penalised for not enough tilt - you need to knock voters over the head with the theme around here :)

Outstanding capture. Love the vivid blue color. everything is nice and sharp. Image has lots of interest. The composition is very well done, and I like the use of the pole it gives the image a nice scale. The border fits well here also. A very nice job getting the motion in the wheel made for a great point of interest and imho brought the whole image to life. Congrats, terrfic capture.
