The post-it could be slightly better placed in the bottle, but a great photo to look at, especially due to the strong contrast between the background and the foreground.

Interesting approach. I think it has to many "white" specks. For example, in the grass it has white spots as if it has been over sharpened.

I'm not sure this says Post-it note in any way to me - but that said I really like the shot !

It may have been stronger (but less plausible) to have the SOS stuck on the outside of the bottle with a Post-it, just to show that it's not any old bit of paper in a bottle.

Everything else is very nice though.

What a stunning image. Seriously great light and depth, wonderful colors and textures. The issue for me is that the note is written on paper that does not look like a post-it. I'm not saying it isn't, but it doesn't look like it. Slight ding for that.

Good DOF coupled with slightly subdued tones makes this a great shot.
It would have been so easy to over process this but thanks for resisting it lol.
