Hmmm. This doesnt do a lot for me. I had considered shooting an old record as well, but didnt get around to it. I think the only thing that may have made this better is to include more of the label so we can see who the artist is or what the song is. People have emotional attachments to music, and that may have spoke better to some.

I like the subject and he subject and the photo is well captured. Few people have a personal relationship w/ vinal anymore. There seems to be a bit of patterning on the grooves. It could be jpeg artifacts.

Great shot. The open door provides this shot a frame within a frame. Good composition annd lighting. Titled appropriately as I do want to keep going and see what's beyond that door. Very nice work :-)
