Great Capture of Great Heron. Not much you can do about these things in spontaneous captures but the greenery in bottom left and the stuff in the water mid-right are a distraction.

Oh. A lot of people said they had never seen this before. Turns out that there are these ants who's role is to act as living food storage units for the hive, for use in lean times. They just grab on and hang, and their abdomens fill with sugary substance. If you look at the picture, you can see the 'access port' on top. It's like the 'keg's tap' :) ..
