circle of zen by magnetic9999Comment by Natasha: I love the idea, the presentation is wonderful, with the Kanji which a nice added touch. I feel that the top right picture, is a little dark but also works as it adds the cirlce. One more thing, I think I would prefer it if the leaf wasn't cut off. Overall, this is a great picture. 9 |

Holland Daysby magnetic9999Comment by Journey: That's a great picture, magnetic. Congrats. To be honest, i smelled a good Canon here - thought it was by the new Dutch user with his 1D. The dof you can get with the 10D, D60, and 1D is just incredible. |

Holland Daysby magnetic9999Comment by lisae: The most unique tulips photo I've seen so far in this challenge (and I have just over 30 minutes to vote on about 50 photos...). I love the way you used selective focus to make that one flower stand out from all the rest. 10 from me! |

Holland Daysby magnetic9999Comment by p_johns: Wonderful picture, but the focal point I believe is in the wrong point. I would have preffered to see it on the red flower as that is generally where the eyes go to first to that position. There seem to be too much space between the foreground purple flower and the red flower. Love the colors though! Has this been retouched? |

Woodland Friendby magnetic9999Comment by inspzil: I like the framing and composition of this pic for the most part. The background color is just a little too bright and creating too much contrast. I think part of it is that it is so bright it SEEMS like the squirrel is darker than he really is. I think by selecting that color and desatuting and darkening it a bit the squirrel would not seem quite so dark. I think he is just a little underexposed. |

Woodland Friendby magnetic9999Comment by pncowley: Gorgeous shot! (Not too in love with the border, though) This is one of my absolute favorites this week. The resolution in the whiskers is fantastic; color saturation is perfect, and the lighting works very well. Shallow DOF really draws my attention back to the subject. --10! |
