The beach is awfully dark. Not that big of a deal but its such a large area in the shot. Cropping off some of the bottom would help. Aiming more to the right would have also helped.

There's a glow around the weather vane. The bottom of the photo is sort of drowning in yellow. Maybe try to desat the yellows a bit.

Nice idea, but the technicals don't seems so good. I like the peaceful reflections on the water, but the girl and dock seem somewhat blurry and their reflection seem oversaturated. 5

The tones are beautiful. The crop on the otherhand looks awkward. The stuff on the left of the frame is distracting but if you cropped in closer the girl would be too close to the edge of the frame. I wonder if you could have cloned out the distracting elements.

Nice composition, unfortunately the quality lets this down. Try getting nearer the subject, so you don't need to crop so much out
