This is perfectly lovely. An interesting abstract feel is created by some realistic elements. I think I see a suggestion of a watery reflection, I think I can see a bird, a face, some eyes, some teeth. The witchy-green 'hair' at the top is another eye-catching element. I don't see 'wind' but instead a kind of super-calm water in the absence of wind. I want to score this a 10 because I think it's perfect, but I also don't know how to score it because I can't find any wind in it, but I like it because you could say wind is defined by its absence & this is the absence of wind. Oh, what the hey. Score: 10.
