There is not enough of the bike or the person in the frame. The street is blurred but it should be sharp while the bike is blurred.

good idea, you followed the rules of thirds, unfortunately your sutter sepped was too long (probably) as the image is very blury.

I like the colors and composition. Is the blur intentional to show movement? I think it would be a killer image if sharply focused.
