The cliffs are bit too bright for my taste, the image would be stronger with them a little darker. Not bad though, good framing.

My first thought on this is that it is too smooth(too much neatimage used). I think the border is fine but i would have cropped more off the right of the photo(to the tree). I have to agree with the other commenters that the forground needs something. for the sky try bumping your aperture to around 8. this will help keep the sky from blowing out(even for fog)hope this helps
