	Who is going to clean this mess up? by morterin Comment by muckpond: I don't know if the sepia tone works very well for this picture. It's pretty in-your-face and almost detracts from the picture. Very clear and sharp, though. muckpond.

	Who is going to clean this mess up? by morterin Comment by Kathyc: There, no doubt is a story here. The sepia tone, however, to me, evokes a more nostalgic feeling. It's possible b & w or color would give the image more impact to illustrate the story the title suggests.
