	The Eighteen Eighties by DelRioPhoto Comment by kteach: Had to look at/read this one a few times until I got it... creative take on the challenge and an interesting shot. The words seem a bit dark on the windmill... perhaps some adjustments to the levels or brightness might bring them out a bit more?

	The Eighteen Eighties by DelRioPhoto Comment by JordanZ: Good thought but the challenge description specifically refers to the 1980's and a "radical decade", not the 1880's, 80 degrees, or 80 year olds, which I haven't seen any pictures of so far. Per the site rules I will still vote as if it fits though: Sharp picture and good use of tones. -7
