It's taking a great deal of concentration to focus on the photographic elements here. . .
I'm bothered by the strong shadows on the inside thigh and between the breasts. But not too much.

She seems to be looking straight ahead. What is she looking at? It leaves one guessing, though I'm sure I know what you intended. She does a good job of having that "startled" look on her face, there's definitely emotion there. The lighting and composition on this photo seem good to me. One small problem with the focus on the right side (mostly evident in her right eye.) Also, though this doesn't relate to the photographic technique, this girl doesn't need so much makeup, her natural beauty would be just fine.
