Clever idea. Well lite, the focus is fine, and postioning of the subject is ok too. The killer on this is the background IMO. Some distance between the subject and the bg would have blurred it out for you and kept the bg from becoming part of the viewers interest. JMO of course. :) Good luck in the challenge.

Wow... Am I imagining things, or do you actually have a _model_ of an EOS-1 with that lens on it? It's advanced editing, so maybe it's just a separate picture skillfully placed in, but it kind of looks like a model to me, and that's just... too cool for words, really. :-)

edit: never mind the advanced editing remark... I went and re-read those rules, and see that doesn't apply.

I also forgot to mention the notion that surely you don't have such a big woody as this would have to be if it was a real camera. Or trust the woody to hold it, if you do! ;-)
