The repeated transitions from curve to circle to straight to curve -- ending with the symmetric star works out to be an excellent geometric composition. Good choice of angle and crop.

I love architecture shots when done right and this one certainly is. I give this a 10, but one thing that I would like to see is the Texas star and letters burned some for more contrast. I'm wondering if a "USM contrast boost" as talked about here:
