	Pearl Tapioca Pudding and Smoked Tuna by neesham Comment by Sheryll: Nicely done. The lighting, composition, color, contrast, key, and content are all spot on imho. Looks like 3 lights maybe? My only little nitpick is the spots on the plate. I don't know if it's part of the tuna or some spices or if it's intentional for presentation but for me it's a bit distracting.
