Inquiring minds want to know...what is a cat spreader? Maybe I would rather not know, esp if has anything to do with appetizers! The best part for me is that the plate appears to be hovering over the place-mat, which seems to be cruising along like a flying carpet. Fun.

I like the surprise of finding the eye. I noticed the wing-shaped shadows in the sky first. I don't know if you find yourself doing this, but I like it when my mind will free-associate which shot to layer in next. This looks like that, to me. Nice.

MAD .. !! .. i was looking at this and admiring the shadowy, nearly ephemeral feeling and the excellent colours & then suddenly i saw her face .. totally lifted this into another dimension .. wonderful subtle and dreamy .. excellent alicia .. :)

the green plate on the orange of the bamboo and that you have a cat spreader for your crab appetizer - very clever.

I wish the DOF was just a little higher, but you already explained that it was a rushed shot.

Wonderful use of the warm color palette. I like the lines of it, yet many are not perfectly straight, so it's interesting. Nicely done.
