Interesting locale and angle. Wish for better illumination/exposure for face, and detail on poodle. It is hard to see what it is, if it is a poodle, and yet it is the main subject from the title.

yes, she's in motion, but if you look at the rest of the entries, you'll get a better idea as to how you could have taken this subject and opportunity and done much better with a different composition. the idea was for the camera to be moving in order to capture something in motion--and the more movement, the better. her, your shutter and flash combination worked more to freeze the action than to follow it.

nice idea, personally I'd love to see more background blur here and also the composition could be improved by using a more regular portrait rectangle, this all feels too tight
