Shot was done legally, Learned a lesson in file saving. This one also got the DQ but now I no about file saving before PS. Thanks for the comments on both.

My feelings exactly, I knew there was something about it that was not good as a photograph, and you nailed it, I like it as a poster just does not have the qualities that you stated. I did this shot by my self using a metal yard art statue that I had built and just traced around all the metal rods that make up the drummer boy, bulb setting, Thanks for the comments it cleared this one up for me.
