The colours, and the DOF are just great here. I do feel that it could be a touch sharper and either have her looking away or directly at us, right now I find it hard to hold her eyes, it feels like they're trying to pierce my chest.

Wow, her eyes are piercing, great portrait. Maybe I would have moved her away from that metal pole so the background was just the bricks which work really well as a backround

Her eyes are good... the pose is good... the textures are good.. .but her mouth looks like she's just going to say something, giving this more of a snapshot feel than it appears less that you are able to achieve. I could be wrong... maybe that's her smile... (not voting yet)
