Come Closerby jab119Comment by graphicfunk: This is a trip and an image that leaves a burnt impression in the mind of the viewer. The clarity of the reflection bogles the mind and almost makes this image a transvestite into another photography style. It is both conventional and modern!
The eye has no choice but to lock right in. It looks about but it can not get enough of the eye. This is by far the most hypnotic image in this challenge expertly captured. Bumping you to 7. This vote is certain to hurt me because I am way below 7. But I rather you receive your due credit for this lovely image. Mind you, it is an image whose beauty may be lost to some voters. Great effort: great study. |

Come Closerby jab119Comment by dsa157: neat symmetry in the reflection. I like the beady marble eye of the reptile. snout looks a bit out of focus, though. |

Come Closerby jab119Comment by Kha0S: Great wildlife candid. The short DOF removes a lot of the ripples and other surface detail of the water, which brings more focus onto the animal, but makes it seem a bit unnatural for such a natural image. The colors are wonderfully vivid. |

Ibisby jab119Comment by nordicgirl: :) Thats wild and wet... nice capture. I wonder about upper dark part...if there would be more of these dark blured bushes it would be good contrast with white of bird. |
