Blue brushesby senojComment by temba: OK, great to have tried the from the top perspective, but the focus is out too much for this to work in this image. This is compounded by having cut the fourth toothbrush partly out of the frame. This would have been much better if you had cropped it to concentrate only on the two toothbrushes on the right and improved the focus. |

Blue brushesby senojComment by Melethia: Interesting angle, but the light is too bright on the upper brush, washing out the detail and there doesn't seem to be a point of clear focus. |

Blindsby senojComment by macrothing: 2 - For a shot like this to work, it has to have something interesting behind it, be it a pattern, shape or object, etc in my opinion. Also, either perfect symmetry or 'offset' of the blinds would have helped this. The lighting coming through also dominates this in my opinion. |

Blindsby senojComment by JRalston: Not much of a focal point here. The light coming through the blinds is pretty harsh there in the center. Maybe you could have used the blinds to frame a scene happening outside? |

Blue brushesby senojComment by GrayGhost: Nice use of mirror. Focus on central subject would be better, and much more DOF is needed, especially with close subjects. Off-camera lighting would be better, as the near subject is "blown out" with loss of detail. |

Blue brushesby senojComment by vadvirag: Meets the challenge, though it's very much out of focus and overexposed, which makes in unenjoyable. Don't push the camera into the subject if it does not support macro mode, because you will loose focus. |

Blue brushesby senojComment by serac: Out of focus and it looks like the camera wasn't steady when the shot was taken. |
