Sepia tones adds a lot! The non-uniform focus in the background distracts a little... but then again I'm in front of a crappy monitor this moment and I don't see much.

There is a legend here... a human was sacrificed in order for a bridge to not fall.. I gues there they used a simple bolt :).
I like photos with balanced tones in them... this is one of them and I like it!
