This is an interesting effect in the way you used it with the statue. I feel that it was a good choice of positioning to line up on the foreleg of the horse, as it helps tie the image in with the title, and with the desired reaction to viewing it. Good thinking went into shooting this image.

A bit "open" in the composition but not sure how else to crop or present it. The swoops of color are rich and smooth and I like how the highlights appear as lighter streaks.

WOW, that is a gorgeous shot. So ... I don't the right word. Evocative? Provocative? It takes the mystery of a rainbow, where no matter how strong it is, it's just still a little too dim to see clearly, and turns into a brilliant streak daring you not to look. And that bird! It could be anything, from a random wanderer to a minion of hell come to take all the color out of the world.

Or sumthin'. ;)
