Six seconds on the Strand, Westminster (London)by Bruce_the_RobertComment by krnodil: Focus on those 33 7+ votes you got - the dpc masses would have shouted louder if you *hadn't* indicated the six connection in your title, they just don't know it. From what I know of these types of long exposures, you appear to have done an excellent job from a technical standpoint. The traffic blur takes us across the frame quite nicely. |

Winter Pathby Bruce_the_RobertComment by krnodil: Thought this was quite lovely - I can imagine myself walking the path in all that frozen stillness, just the quiet crunch of icy gravel from my footsteps. |

Chaosby Bruce_the_RobertComment by colorcarnival: What I like about this is that it has that textured-overlays look. I love how areas of sharpness peek in thru the blur. I would have also liked to have seen just the lone tree and the field behind the tree - it's like there's a mystical moment here waiting to happen. |

Chaosby Bruce_the_RobertComment by hajeka: Perhaps not the greatest of all photos you made, but you sure got the emotion. Which means: I hate it (got wet today) and I love it (it's so real life). |

Chaosby Bruce_the_RobertComment by Ecce_Signum: Should have taken that shot today Rob, the rain was flowing freely in Norwich today ;)
Am glad you left notes as to why and what you were looking for as it helped me to view the image in the way you want us to (if you get my drift). Definately best out of kilter and think this would work best in a set/series of images portraying 'emotions'

Chaosby Bruce_the_RobertComment by Alicia: The wet window/windshield makes for a great filter for this ghostly scene. Chaos is not what jumps out at me, but if that's what was going on for you, it works. It's very dramatic, either way. |
