I do not, for some reason, do roses well, especially red ones. I like flower macros very much and one of the problems I have is what I do not see before I go in with my macro set up....I always end up cleaning and clone thing here and there. The detail in this is very good. The lighting is a bit harsh at the top. Not sure what you could have done about that.

Very nice shot. You need just a touch of fill light though to help seperate the two ladies. They blend into each other and I find that distracting...
