Watching Shotputby GunnsiComment by KarenNfld: Sorry, but everything is blurry. Part of the challenge description says:
"bring out foreground from background"
You did not do that. |

Leaving soon - The longest dropby GunnsiComment by skewsme: This is really beautiful, grain or no. You have a good eye to have found this capture, and getting the lights in the drop must have been no small task. They are so pretty that they almost look fake. |

Nut dreamsby GunnsiComment by skewsme: My favorite kind of cookie! For the photo, I'd echo some of what you've already heard - focus all the cookies, reduce harshness of lighting, consider different-colored backdrop. None of that keeps me from wanting to eat them! |

Proposalby GunnsiComment by gjumi: I think the red is quite nice, but the bright ribbon and the dark glass lack a lot. The ring is lost in the midst of so many things, it's difficult for me to see it. And, once I see it, it doesn't strike me as a ring of proposal. So, I think this photo didn't do much technically, while the story is missing completely.
One observation: at photographer's comments it's mentioned a glass and a wedding ring, but the first thing I see is the ribbon. |

Gadget guysby GunnsiComment by Sammie: This is such a cute picture - love the angle. It makes me laugh to look at it! Candid shots like this are so great - I love looking at them. This is one of the best I've ever seen. The title is really excellent. I think I'm a Gadget Gal - I never go anywhere without my Palm TX - I can check my score on DPC everywhere I go with the WiFi connection! |

Pigeons on the rockby GunnsiComment by Gunnsi: In Icelandic we use the same word for pigeon and dove. After the comment from VanBergen I have changed the name of all my dove/pigeon pictures to pigeon this and pigeon that.
Can anyone tell me the different between the two?
