I even liked the grain, which added to the dirty appearance of the subject. Don't know why, but I am giving it a 10

My humble suggestions would be warmer color temp, perhaps (stronger) fill flash and more of the green inside the frame. But I understand this is more of an opportunistic capture so there's not much time to contemplate and execute!
