love the mist. Great photo... though I wish the runner wasn't there... it seems to take away from that "middle of nowhere amazon" kind of feeling the overall photo has.

I'm not slobbering, either, even though it a skillful, thoughtful take on the silhouette. I actually like the wing through the head, but I don't like how the three children near the plane get lost. I also don't like the title. There's too much context here. The story is too obvious: a family going for a plane ride. Nothing mysterious is going on, nothing for me to guess or wonder about.

But I must say it is visually delicious. The shapes of those running children and their corresponding shadow shapes are just fantastic. Just give me a little quirk and/or mystery and I'll be happy! ;)

LOVE it. Wonderful gut reaction. Very evocotive. Makes me want to know where they are traveling. Looks like an art gallery piece.
