Well, the photo... very nice. Like the composition, dynamic (from side to side, up-down), the BG wonderful. B&W works well for the subject.
As master Rikki says, maybe a little soft. I'll add that maybe you should recover some sky a little bit more dramatic with PS.

Keep in mind I'm digging here for something to critque, but I think some richer tones to it would be nice(because of the minimal color), mainly in the gorilla.
