Nice capture, too much grey...maybe a levels adjust for blacks to make the image pop more. Possibly more contrast as well.

Beautiful composition. I love the feeling of isolation, of waiting. I think an adjustment levels layer setting your black point on the darkest part of the bench would improve the b/w tones, maybe a slight sharpening on the man and bench only. Very nice candid shot!
