This is very interesting to say the least. I love the light and pose of the model. I would clone out the stars though, they seem to rival the overall feel of the look because with the stars gone, it could be any era in time. I guess having them puts her in the last 20 years or so. Not against tattoos mind you. I just think it distracts from the models beauty on this shot.

I think the tilt works here. The focus is a bit soft and I do notice the hazy circle more in this shot. Still a cool landscape and capture.
