Lunchby phylsy7Comment by karmat: Umm. I do like how the green really stands out. That is effective in that it gives the eyes something to be drawn to, but other than that, I don't find this shot appealing at all. If it is what you were going for, congratulations, it definitely "stands out" from the crowd. |

Lunchby phylsy7Comment by rwo82939: Maybe this is an artistic statement but I don't get it. Totally out of focus. |

Lunchby phylsy7Comment by chimericvisions: The soft focus idea is good, but I think it's a little too far gone for me. There isn't any one thing for the eyes to try and focus on. |

Lunchby phylsy7Comment by Man_Called_Horse: You do realize that this image may have been way better if it were in focus?
Because it is so soft, I can not give an accurate critique.
As for the title, I am not even sure what the subject is doing, therefore, I am not convinced.
Try again, don't give up, do better. |

Lunchby phylsy7Comment by Judi: Too blurry..but you have probably already been told that. Actually the blur and the colour together hurts my eyes. |

Lunchby phylsy7Comment by Dr.Confuser: Not sure what you're trying for here but I would prefere something in focus. |

Barely Usedby phylsy7Comment by Kavey: Nice one! Really like the extremely off-centre composition. The repetitive pattern of the tread provides a nice focus and catches the light nicely too. I really like the shallow depth of field and the quality of the bokeh, especially that diagonal in the almost featureless negative space to the left. Lovely crisp black and white conversion too. In my top 5 of the challenge. |
