 Just a fake apple sitting in a white bowl. Used tungsten lighting and a little studio box. Three photos from one photo.
Post processing: crop, adjusted brightness/contrast, adjusted shadow/highlights, desaturation in the center photo, adjusted color variations in the blue and green photo, border added to each individual variation and then to entire triptych, sharpened, reduced noise.
