It looks to me like you over-sharpened it. I'd get rid of the tents and building in the background. Their colors clash with the orange pumpkins -- at least to my eye. Also, the pumpkins look a tad on the green side, at least on my monitor.

In this case with the light of the pink, white and yellow the blue blanket detracts the eye. Otherwise a very nice sweet portrait of a sleeper.

For me, I might have cropped out the blue portion of the blanket on the left and maybe a bit more "breathing" room above the head. I like the soft look, and such a sweet subject.
