Tribute in Lightby MPRPROComment by patrinus: oh!!! I am sooo disapointed... the thumbnail is great, image quality is horrid... the concept and everything looks quite perfect... but perhaps you might want to reshoot with lower ISO settings... good try... please dont take me wrong, I really like the photo but you could have done much better

Tribute in Lightby MPRPROComment by thatcloudthere: The perspective here seems fairly standard and doesn't really provide a 'dramatic effect' that I can see. Beautiful lights, though. |

Branches of Lightby MPRPROComment by kirbic: Just a little more contrast and a blacker black point woudl have given this more punch! I like the concept. |

Branches of Lightby MPRPROComment by RonBeam: Cool! I love this style of reflective shot that relies on the subject and the background to be stirred together by the viewer for its statement to be deciphered. 8 |

Destiny and Legacyby MPRPROComment by mycelium: You know, I'm looking at this picture here... and I'm thinking, boy, all the pieces are really cool, but they just don't fit together quite right! The blue/green/brown color scheme is great, the textures and lighting in the trees are great, and the Merlin dude looks quite the part. The only problem is... he's looking the wrong way! There's a tacit compositional rule that you should leave room for your subject's gaze in a picture like this without a strong overriding reason for doing otherwise. If Merlin were looking the other way, this photo would instantly be much more balanced. Your ability to take good pictures is clear from this example... just a few minor tweaks are necessary!
