Venusby MPRPROComment by skewsme: I dunno. There is a distortion here, perhaps from the perspective(?), that my eye isn't crazy about. The lighting and tonality are very good though. |

Venusby MPRPROComment by posthumous: this is one of very few nudes that are visually interesting. You achieve that by perspective distortion (a wide-angle lens close-up?) and by raking light across the back, revealing the intricate web of muscles and bones across the back. In the process, you give away the game: models are too skinny! Also, the model's head is not turned all the way back over the shoulder, with the usual "do me" look. Instead the model's head is halfway turned, and she seems inquisitive and even annoyed, i.e., "What's going on back there?" Notice that I am simultaneously explaining why I like the picture and why DPC is going to vote it low. |

Venusby MPRPROComment by EVincent: Looks like Venus has a sore neck. The head is out of proportion because you are to close for that lens |

Venusby MPRPROComment by srdanz: I think that Venus had a bigger stomach :-)
Your gorgeous model either held her stomach in, or she's been hungry recently. Then again, my metabolism was similar at her age, so tell her to not take it personal.
Great photo, perfect exposure, except for the slight motion blur in her left elbow. I'm not sure if it was intentional, but it draws the attention upon it and then immediately I see the in-focus hand which is farther away...
Because of this imperfection, only an 8. |

Venusby MPRPROComment by Canadian_eh: Very nice and tastefull! Tones are great also! THere are a couple of spots in your background that could have been easily cloned or healed, but really nice |

Venusby MPRPROComment by cresus: I'm not liking the wide angle perspective here. Plus, I can't really find any sharp area. Interesting idea though. |
