Beautiful model, beautiful lighting...bad pose. The unnatural angle of her head, and the fact that she is both slanting her head and leaning forward at the same time is not flattering. The lightness of her wrist puts too much attention on the fact that her hand is also on a pretty heavy angle, and then cuts off her fingers.

On the plus side I love the nice porcelin skin look, and the brightening to her teeth and eyes look great. A different pose and this would be a knock out!

A litte more blue into the whites of those teeth might have helped here?, they look a bit yellow on my monitor.
