Colorize Butterfly.jpgby DrAchooComment by SJCarter: Really unusual and surprisingly effective use of selective desat. Using muted tones and vibrant ones to frame your subjects is a technique I'll have to explore myself! Very nice capture. |

Blues Under the Starsby DrAchooComment by rlinn3: IMHO contrast is poor and I don't like the selective desat on the lights and background it detracts from the preformer. 6 |

Blues Under the Starsby DrAchooComment by TheresaA: My eye was not drawn to the subject imediately and I feel that the lighting was a problem. I like the expression on your subjects' face. |

Lunar Eclipse Collage.jpgby DrAchooComment by DrAchoo: Photoshop. I sat around for four hours snapping the full eclipse last year. Took a picture every 10 minutes then picked the best and arranged them in PS. The tough part is getting similar exposures across the board. The difference in exposure between the bright moon and eclipsed is huge. If you aren't careful or allow too much of the black around it you will have lots of different shades of black for the night sky. |
