Wildlife as Canon Sees It by DrAchooComment by roba: So THAT's how you do it! Thanks for sharing this little gem & the story behind it. Congrats on the Blue, Doc :O) The only way to improve this might've been to put a National Geographic yellow border around it. And that says a lot. (ofcourse, the title would've been something about Frog Butts). |

Wildlife as Canon Sees It by DrAchooComment by 77LTD: A shot that would make National Geographic proud. Gotta admit my first thought was, "My God... he's got his 5D in the water!"
But then I read your note. Nice job, congrats on the ribbon. |

Web of Terrorby DrAchooComment by adrian45: Amazingly good - even got his little eyes all sharp! (are thy two eyes, one above the other in the middle of his head?
Did you use flash? - I can't see how you would get it so well-lit without!
I don't have but a 50mm macro for old film Canon - again this inspires to do something more than my Cat's eye, so thank you! |

I'm in LOVE! by DrAchooComment by adrian45: I really like the effort you seem to put in to all you do! Lovely shot!
I imagine you have a happy married and family life, somehow, as you seem to have such good principles - I like the inclusion of the motto about being a fabulous and wonderful (not exact words, but the feeling's that)from the clinic. I cannot imagine you being a failure, but success in all in life.
I am sure that you will go far in your photography too - I found it hard to imagine taking all that many shots to get the right one, but it has obviously paid off - persistence pays!
I wish I was more like you myself - you have inspired me to try harder in my own life. I wish you all the best in everything, and look forward to seeing more of your photographic work.

Tempest.jpgby DrAchooComment by adrian45: I wondered if you are the Jason Frieson listed as a member of the CIPS as a student member in 2004? You certainly seem to be confident around lightening - I would have been off home immediately after this shot - it looks very close! |
