secretby ErinMComment by CalliopeKel: I done told ya
This hay is mine
Why must I say it
Time after time
What do you want
To get bitten or kicked?
Cuz you sure as hell
Ain't getting licked

who has seen the wind? by ErinMComment by CalliopeKel: Heavy pressure ensuing
Feeling the gravity
Bend your will to me
I can take it you see
Don't think you can stand
Without my heavy hand
You should indeed fear
I'm so encroachingly near
Opressive and vexing
Most assuredly hexing
Down on your knees
Leafless & lacklustre tree

ode to the artichokeby ErinMComment by tnun: I really think some of Neruda's odes are his best work. This is one of them. And your photo is an ode in itself. |

ode to the artichokeby ErinMComment by JerseyGenie: How appropriate that you posted this one today. I took in a salad for St. Patrick's Day Luncheon, at work, today. I always make a vinegar and oil dressing with parmesan cheese and chopped artichokes.
I agree with Jutilda that this is beautiful and IF you choose to post it for sale, I'd gladly buy a copy for my kitchen. When I finish the painting this would go perfectly. If you decide to sell it, please PM me. |

ode to the artichokeby ErinMComment by Jutilda: I really love the subtlety of the lighting, highlighted by the use of the scratchy layer. Which one did you use? It's killer. I'd hang that in my kitchen!!! ;~) Neruda is the BEST |

piece of skyby ErinMComment by cgino: What a great ability you have to make the ordinary look incredibly interesting and artistic! I just love how the curved lines on the asphalt (tires tracking water from the puddle I suppose) become an extension of the tree reflections, wonderful! |
