White widowby hannekeComment by Bebe: I really like the pose & the expression on her face; the whiteness of it all is beautiful. I find the stick/cane a little jarring; it doesn't seem to match the elegance of the rest of the image (not that that's bad, it's just confusing for me.) |

White widowby hannekeComment by TallPaul: I always think a picture has suceeded if it holds your attention for more than a few seconds. Your's certainly had me looking and thinking although in the end I'm not sure I 'got it'. The title added to my confusion (although this could say more about my intelect than anything else!). On balance a 7 from me. |

I wouldn't have expected to see the highlight on the edge of the pupil like that. I'm still relatively new to fancy lighting, so is that normal? Was she wearing contacts that maybe caught the light? |
