The black part at the right top distracts me but you got a nice bokeh there! Maybe getting just one of those brown things (don't know how to call it) would be a good idea, because the other one without focus seems to be unnecessary. Good photo!

I think this one has unrealized potential to be a really good shot. The colors are a bit dull, and there are a ton of JPEG compression artifacts evident around all the edges of the web. Your file size of 40k bears this out. Check your compression settings when you save your file. Always adjust JPEG compression so that your file size is as large as possible, but within the challenge limit. (150k for this one) I would love to see you rework this one, as I think it could be pretty good with less compression and some appropriate image adjustments.

I think this shot would work even better with a darker background for more contrast. Spider webs are beautiful.

It didnt turn out as well as it could have.
I like teh DOF you used and the focus on the web but the background spoils the shot for me.
