	The tree that dwarfed the sun. by David Newland Comment by MelonMusketeer: The f 2.8 caused the need for the sudden shutter speed. I assume that you used the big aperture for shallow depth of field, to put the sun out of focus? I shoot into the sun a lot too, and like the orange in this image, and that the tree is in good focus. Keep shooting and keep learning.

	The universal language of music. by David Newland Comment by maxaz1: I am new at this, so I hope I convey what I intend. While I find this photo very appealing for its colors, its subject, and its intricacy, I think it is probably overprocessed. Some of it seems too sharp to me, and areas like the white of the right shoulder seem blown out.
