Believe it or not...I did "get it". My interpetation was that the for sale sign planted the seed that would start you on a path to buying a boat...not necessarily that boat but maybe another one!

Very interesting. I like the composition. Seems slightly dusky to me, which may be ok, but you might want to try making the blacks a little blacker, or tweaking the curves.
