Deep Thoughtby Marc923Comment by Greetmir: I like it a lot! ... If I was gonna really really nitpick, I think just a tiny tiny tiny bit more light our left on the face would make it totally outstanding!
As for no comments ... MAN ... you know how many pics there have been to vote on in the last couple weeks??? |

Deep Thoughtby Marc923Comment by lovethelight: p.s. like this picture, I love this picture and thought it was really good but it hardly got any comments...because it is your typical cute picture of a baby |

Deep Thoughtby Marc923Comment by lovethelight: I think the reason it didn't initially get comments is because this type of portrait was done so much. The execution here is great and the energy of this picture is really neat, but it can also be seen as the typical side light dark portrait. |

Deep Thoughtby Marc923Comment by L2: OMG I can't believe you placed 23 with no comments!
I think you nailed it. Shadow detail is present, yet not overpowering. Very nice pensive study, with excellent use of negative space. :) |

The Creatureby Marc923Comment by Melethia: I didn't get to vote in this challenge so I missed this one. Excellent photograph - compositionally and conceptually. I'm a sucker for lizards and this one is just way too cool! |

Mmmm Good!by Marc923Comment by Pug-H: Yes, I've had food shoots which suddenly couldn't go on because of a lack of subjects. Good lighting and exposure. |

The Creatureby Marc923Comment by posthumous: I like the crop and the DOF (or is it motion blur?) and the grain. It creates a sense of mystery and excitement. very monster-movie-esque. 8 |
