I like the whiteness of the background. It looks like there is some spill around the edges of the woman. You could use black bounces along each side to create a nice outline of the model and prevent the spill. In this case it'd be front and back of the model. Or you could move the model futher away from the background. The arm placement gave me a bit of trouble when the picture loaded. I thought the elbow and forearm were her breasts until I saw the hand. gl

If this photo had less noise I would have scored it higher. I like the border and the shot, I simply found the noise...distracting to the overall quality.
