I think the "top arms" should be higher and the lower ones lower. Also, the gaze off to the side of the camera is distracting. Nice idea.

Lighting is fine as well as composition. Overall this image is really lacking purpose. The man's expression almost looks as he he is not paying much attention. The background should have been darkened on the right side to hide the wrinkles. Overal for an image such as this to work you need a strong expression, or else it just looks as if you are testing a technique with no reason for it.
